In 2017, he focused on building a team of advisors that serves the southeastern United States using the same financial planning process and systems that he uses with his clients. Now he personally hires, trains, and develops new incoming advisors on how to become successful. He has taken the principles learned from experience, school, and sports and applied them to his business and team. He is known for his competitive drive, work ethic, passion, and team first mentality.
